The house is located in a small hamlet in the middle of fields, a few minutes from Dollot. You will find an Intermarché, a bakery and a Saturday market less than ten minutes by car from the house. Around the house, golf courses, equestrian centers and forests. Less than 25 minutes by car from the house, you can discover the magnificent Gothic Cathedral of Sens (pictured here).
 The Farmer MarketsThere are a farmer market in Saint Valerien (7 minutes driving) on Saturdays and one at Pont sur Yonne (15 minutes driving) on Sundays.
